Catch Your Breath is an immersive introduction to the incredible power of your breath.
You’ll get familiar with functional breathing through respiratory science. You’ll learn how to breathe with control, and how to use different breathing methods for specific outcomes like relieving insomnia, releasing anger, and others. You’ll learn about the indigenous history of breathing practices from all over the world, and gain an understanding of how your breath affects your balance, your stress & anxiety, your self esteem, and more.
You’ll finish with an integrating practice of non strenuous, breath-guided movements to create a sense of spaciousness and fluidity, followed by a period of breath guided stillness to cultivate an inward flow of awareness and a sense of harmony that includes your mind, your body, your breath, and your spirit.
